Coastline Home Inspection Services
Professional Home Inspection Services Starting At Just $250
Our home inspection services are detail-oriented and affordable, starting at just $250. We abide by the InterNACHI (SOP) during our inspections. As we complete our visual walk-through of the home, we will search for defects and assess the condition of all safely accessible areas of the home from the roof to the crawlspace.
A home is a huge investment, and nobody wants to get stuck with post-purchase repairs after closing on a property. During the Buyer’s Inspection, we find the issues in the home that buyers should be aware of and provide them with the information they need to make wise purchasing decisions.
Before listing a home for sale, sellers can prepare themselves for a competitive market by scheduling a Seller’s Inspection. We will find the issues in the home giving the opportunity to make repairs before listing or disclose important information upfront.
When this inspection service is performed, you’ll be able to ensure that your home is safe and structurally sound before you move in. We’ll comprehensively evaluate the property, and if we find any defects, you’ll be able to take them up with the builder so that repairs can be made as soon as possible.
Once a buyer and seller have gone over the findings from a Buyer’s Inspection, they will come to an agreement about repairs which should be made before closing. When the repairs are complete, we can return to the home for a Re-Inspection, during which we make sure that agreements were honored and the appropriate repairs were made.
The Tools We Use
As you make decisions about your prospective home, it can be difficult to remember all of the details from the last time you saw the property. We use a 360° Camera to help show parts of the home inspection that would benefit from a 360° interactive image!
Moisture in the home can cause damage to both visible and hidden surfaces and structures, indicate water intrusion, and attract mold or pests. We use a Moisture Meter during our inspections to measure the amount of moisture in the air throughout the home.
Gas Leak Detector
Gas leaks in the home are dangerous to your health and can pose a fire hazard. We use a Gas Leak Detector during our inspections to find any possible leaks that should be remedied.
Aerial Drone Photography
As an FAA Certified Drone Pilot, we utilize an aerial drone and collect high-quality photographs from above the property to give you a better understanding of the roof’s condition and the home’s surrounding area.
